SuperFerry recently met with the president of Resorts Association of Negros Islands (RANI) and its members over lunch in Bacolod City with the purpose of promoting the City as a tourist destination, “not only for its old churches and ancestral mansions, but also for its beautiful resorts.”

RANI president and Jomabo Island Beach Resort owner, Jose Montalbo, proposed that SuperFerry facilitate “promo packages that incorporate the members of RANI with a SuperFerry Sail Away Package” – a promo package that includes a ride onboard a SuperFerry en route a particular destination, plus accommodation in participating hotels and/or resorts.

SuperFerry, represented at the affair by Gigie Hubilla, Tours and Group Sales Manager, reiterated that the top shipping company “is willing to do whatever it takes to help boost Negros Occidental’s tourism.”

Meanwhile, further discussions will take place as both parties promise to work on the most convenient tour packages for Negros visitors. The meeting was arranged by Woody Wuthrich, SuperFerry-Bacolod Area Manager and Carol Cuenca, SuperFerry-Bacolod Passage Supervisor.

Other participants at the affair were RANI members, JARA Beach Resort, Soleo Beach, Punta Bulata White Beach Resort, Lakawon Island Resort, and Manapala Seaside Resort. Manila Pavillion Sales and Marketing team were also present as a partner-hotel of the SuperFerry.

SuperFerry services Negros Occidental via the Manila-Bacolod-Iloilo route onboard SuperFerry 5 and SuperFerry 18.
