SUPERFERRY ADVISORY UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 7, 12:15AM

SuperFerry1 departed from Zamboanga at 11:15pm with 119 rescued passengers bound for Iloilo and 56 rescued passengers bound for Manila. SuperFerry5 is on its way to Bacolod with 179 rescued passengers and is estimated to arrive in Bacolod on September 7, at 7:00am. All other rescued passengers and crew from other vessels have been brought to Zamboanga.
Local Government Units as well as the Philippine National Red Cross have also been mobilized to search the coastal towns
near the area for survivors.
SuperFerry has arranged for all required assistance such as medical, hotel accommodations, clothing, food and transport needs for the rescued passengers and crew. All injured passengers have been brought to the hospitals for treatment.
Counseling will also be available for passengers who will need them. Relatives of the passengers may get assistance from centers that have been set up in Manila, Iloilo and Zamboanga.
